My biggest challenge in job is the project which I do now. The project is pretty big and very difficult. And I have to complete it until August. Also, I have few months left. I don't think it's fair. However, I definitely have to finish it by its due date. So I work hard everyday. And I make an effort a lot. I meet so many colleagues for our job. Sometimes, I request junior colleagues to work hard and to keep their work by due date. So we have trouble with each other. But I am in order to overcome it, I make an effort to hear their voices and their thinkings. I think if I understand them well, they will be comforted. Until I succeed on my project, I will work well with my junior colleagues.
