[Question 2] I'd like to know about the bank that you use. How is the bank set up? What do you see when you walk into the bank? Describe the place in detail.

Answer: I often go to bank is that KB bank. It’s a located near my house. Kb bank is one of major bank in the financial filed. It was established in 1930, they has many brand in the region. 
When I first enter the bank, I can see 5 automatic teller machine it’s called ATM. 
They are always busy. 
On the left side, there are 5 fronts, 5 teller and automatic ticking machine. 
Upon arrival, I always take a number ticket from the machine. On the right side, there are comfortable seats and several magazines. 
The reason I use there is that it has a kind staff and provide with high interest. 
Overall I satisfied with there.
