내용 I prefer to work with a boss who has good personalities rather than a competent boss. Here are some reasons to support the idea.
First of all, a boss who has good personalities usually is quite good at work. Someone who is not competent at all cannot become a boss.
Secondly, a boss needs to understanding and considerate to team members. If he doesn’t have good relationships with others due to his bad personalities, it may be hard for him to organize his team well.
For those reasons, I prefer a boss with good personalities to a competent boss.
