Actually, I'v been too busy to sleep. I worked like hell lately. And then I had too much eye pain a couple of weeks ago. So, I went to see an eye doctor. The doctor prescribed me that I got an infection in my eyes. He gave me some medication and two eye drops and he said that I have to put eye drops 4 times a day regularly. In addition, he recommended me to take some time off and to sleep early. And he said, "you'd better not drink anymore while you are recovering." I followed his advice well. And then I would feel better after 3 weeks. After that, I decided to exercise regularly and make an effort to get in bed early everyday. Nowadays, I am fine.
