ABSTRACT (3/4) In Tolling Model, the Tolling Company makes agreement with Sponsor who is material provider and End-Product purchaser, and Tolling Company process to make End-Product for Sponsor. After that, Tolling Company is entitled to receive the Fixed payment from Sponsor. This Research also develop the profit assessing model to prove the profit of Tolling Model in the steel industry. First of all, many cases for Tolling Model in the oil & gas industry has been analyzed, and, the case study has been fulfilled. As a result, the research practically proves that Tolling Company can keep the minimum profit that business can continues for any cases. Now, the steel company in Korea can consider alternative project structure when they plan to build new steel making plant on abroad through this research. Hopefully, Korea steel company can keep the certain profit during delivery term.

Correction:

In Tolling Model, the Tolling Company makes an agreement with the Sponsor who is the  material provider and End-Product purchaser.  The Tolling Company is the one to process the End-Product for Sponsor.  It is entitled to receive the Fixed payment from Sponsor.
