ABSTRACT (2/4) Even though the situation is like that, If the steel company of Korea give up overseas expansion, the steel industry in Korea shall be collapsed. Therefore, this moment should be time when the steel company should find new project structure for abroad steel making plant. This research would like to deliver the new project structure, that is Tolling Model. Actually, Tolling Model is not familiar with Steel industry, but, Tolling Model is already general in the Oil & Gas Industry. Simply Tolling Model can be explained to the project structure has long term purchase agreement with Take-or-Pay condition. So, Tolling Model is appropriate for the variable market where exists commodity risk.

My correction~

Even though the situation is like that, if the steel company of Korea gives up overseas expansion, the steel industry will eventually collapse.  Therefore, the steel making company should take advantage of this time to find new project structure with overseas steel making plants. 

This research attempts to introduce the new project structure which is Tolling Model.  Tolling Model is yet unfamiliar with the steel making scene but which is already being used in the Oil and Gas industries.  Simple Tolling Model can be explained to the project structure with a long term purchase agreement and with Take or Pay condition.  In conclusion, the Tolling Model is appropriate for the variable market where commodity risk exists.
