Eventhough I haven't had an experience of ostracization before, I can imagine how it could be frustrating and depressing. Not only that but other problems that would also make people worry that one day they could be the one from there society. Generally speaking, if you have common sense, it is not likely for you to be one. However, what I like to say is everybody have weak points, If we admit the fact, we shouldn't ostracize someone. It would break your team power and also it couldn't give any advantage to everybody.
