Thanks for giving me a chance of for thinking about the benefit of a museum opening. I think the benefits of museumsdi are to the community financial point, increasing population and reflecting differentiates diffferences of  or differentiations in their own character. Let me hold up the coal mining as an example. I heard that several coal mining operations have disappeared due to the declining industry in Korea. The village died languished for years so most of people had to leave there. But as the government built the museum and theme park, the other companyies made accommodations, this facility can increased the number of tourists and the community can could get the money from visitors. So, the population of this village increased naturally. The community regained their vitality. They don't didn't need to change their inherent character. It is such a live history. All in all, I think the opening of a museum is an advantage to the community. The museum opening is helpful financially, by increasing population and providing an historical benefit. Wow, Kelly, nicely stated.  I really like the statement "the community regained their vitality."  So well said. Although you can say "the villiage died"  we wouldn't say it "died for years" so I think the better word in this situation is languished.  Which means declined, and you could also use the word declined--languished is a more descriptive word, though.
