I'd like to know if I can refund the product that I bought last week. Let me tell you the situation. Last week I bought a coffee machine on Amazon and it was delivered a couple of days ago. When I unpacked it, it looked normal. So I didn't do anything about the product. But the problem was happened yesterday. When I tired to turn on the coffee machine, the coffee machine wasn't working properly. More particulary, the red light was blinking and it continued until I turned it off, so I couldn't use it. It's obviously broken, of course it's due the defect of the product which should be made while manufacturing. So I'd like to know I can resolve this. The best way that I wish is refunding it. Because, the quality of the product made me lose confidence in the product. I'll wait for your answer about this.
