Then let’s see what other people think about Kevin at work. I’m a normal guy at work whereas Kevin is acknowledged as a top player who is trustworthy and can work independently. It’s okay for me to accept the fact that Kevin’s reputation is better than mine and he's more believable than I am in the company. What I believe is that winning and losing isn't determined by a few factors in a society. So I don’t need to pay too much attention to the current status of Kevin and me at work and numerical points evaluated in the company. What I should do is to ask possible questions that are important in my job, answer them and try to repeat the process over and over again so that I’ll keep in mind all the key points in my job. Working hard and accumulating various deep knowledge regarding my work is the best investments for me and my bright future. I won't be discouraged on my present situation. I will just cheer up and go step by step with honesty, thankfulness, and continuous efforts.
