I’d like to talk about my working conditions between the past and now. Before, working conditions in Korea was not good I think. And For country’s economic growth, you know people had to work very hard. For example many office workers had to work 6 days a week. At that time you know satisfaction index is very low. But now, people work 5 days a week and they can even choose their working time. As long as you work 8 hours a day.. These days, many companies are trying to make good working condition for their employees. They build some amenities such as cafeteria, gym, day care center and so on. As you know, you also work task has been systemized. So it became much more convenient to work in the compannies today.
