Main ingredients 5 cups of Napa cabbage 5 cups of Korean Radish (Daikon?), Remove the skin and any bad parts from the radish(Cabbage also). Wash them and chop into 1 inch squares. 2 T Coarse Sea salt 1 cups of Green Onion (chop) 1 Onion (Dice) 1 Pear (Asian Pear) or 1 apple (Thin chop) chop into 1 inch square/ Carrot or bell pepper (yellow, red whatever colorful vegetable) Green chili pepper, Red chili pepper Kimchi Broth ingredients 10 cups of water 1/4 cup of hot pepper powder(especially Korean red pepper powder “we call it gochoo-garoo”) 3 T Sugar 1T Salt 1Cup Asian Pear 1/2 cup Onion 1/4 Cup Garlic 1/2 T Fresh Ginger 2T sweet rice flour (2 cups water) : boil on a pot with sweet rice flour and water with mild temperature. |
