When I transfered to this department, I met Mr. Won. Age of 50, small height, monkey mouth. Yes, He is my coworker, but my senior. After my transfer, I got a lot of work to do. Mr.Won devided the works with me, because he is senior. I worked late at night everyday, but he go home at the right time. All the things he is interesting, is the going home time. When the time near to 5 o'clock, he starts to see his smart phone. Oneday, I asked him, If you have a lot of work to do, what would you do? He said, I think I don't have to work even past the going home time. I just go to the boss, and tell him to hire more people. With his respect, I work late everyday. I want to go home at the right time. But I can't. Because I don't want to be the people who waste their time and have no vocation on their job. If I also wait the time to go home like Mr.Won left the works behind, there will be another victim.
