Police officers in Korea are afaid of getting penalties from the government. Therefore, they always avoid using guns. In retrospect, I think there have been many race related shooting accidents in America involving white police officers,and individuals of black and hispanic ethnic groups . These inccidents usually attract large demonstrations, and raise debates about other social issues facing these ethnic groups. If I come across a police in the USA, I will hold up my hands if they asked me to, because I do not want to be killed. Fortunately, there are not many people migrating to  korea  compared to  the United States. Based on the law in our countries, if  illegal immigrants  are arrested by a police officer, those immigrants are usually sent  back to their original countries.
