[Personal characteristics] - Strength I find my greatest strength to be patience. patient. I had a difficult time for preparing for the university entrance exam twice and worked hard in the army as a lieutenant. Those experiences made make me strong and patient. And my father who was a high school teacher has lived a well-organized life. So I learned about diligence naturally from him since I was a child.      Weakness  My weakness is I’m not quick and I am a bit gullible. So I’m trying to make calm judgments in every situation and act properly with promptness. [Capabilities] - Strength: I’m good at to forming a consensus with people by communicating with them and as a result, solving to solve issues with their supports and cooperation. - Weakness: Sometimes I miss what people are saying because of a lack of understanding. So I often write note down important points when they are saying  talking and ask questions if I don’t understand what they are saying.
