I made some sentences to answer my teacher's questions. Actually when I start to make them, at first it is not easy. I don't know how I speak my thoughts in english. But, after I make just one sentences, I can make a pharagrah very quickly. What a interesting! However, I'm not sure that I can speak english without making sentences before speaking. I think I need more practices. I expect myself to speak what I think in english simultaneously
